1. Who we are

Pro Plus is a signage fabrication and installation company licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are the data controller for the information described in this policy.

2. What we collect

When you submit an enquiry or quotation request, we collect the name, phone number, email address (if given), the service selected, and any project details you choose to write.

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or third-party profiling scripts on this website. Your language preference and any enquiry draft are stored in your own browser and never transmitted to us on their own.

3. How your enquiry reaches us

This website has no server-side database. When you submit the form, the details are composed into a WhatsApp message that opens on your device. Nothing reaches Pro Plus until you press send in WhatsApp — until that moment the data stays on your own device only.

Messages you send us are therefore processed by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) under its own terms and privacy policy, in addition to ours.

4. Why we process it (lawful basis)

We process your data on the basis of your consent, given by ticking the consent box on the enquiry form, and to take steps at your request before entering into a contract — namely preparing a quotation.

We use it only to respond to your enquiry, prepare and follow up a quotation, and keep a record of the work. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without asking you separately.

5. Sharing and transfers

We share personal data only where it is necessary to deliver the work — for example with an installation subcontractor, or with a government authority when submitting signage permit applications to Dubai Municipality or the Department of Economy & Tourism.

Where a service provider processes data outside the UAE, we take reasonable steps to ensure an adequate level of protection as required by the PDPL.

6. Retention

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to quote, deliver and warrant the work, and afterwards for the period required by UAE commercial and tax law. Records held only in a browser can be cleared by you at any time by clearing that browser's site data.

7. Your rights under the PDPL

You have the right to request access to your personal data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request erasure, to restrict or object to processing, to request that your data be transferred, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us with the details on our Contact page. We respond within the period set by the PDPL. If you believe your data has been mishandled you may also complain to the UAE Data Office.

8. Security

We apply reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

This website is intended for business and household customers aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The date below shows when it was last revised.
