1. About this website

This website presents our services and lets you request a quotation. Nothing on it is a binding offer. A contract exists only once Pro Plus issues a written quotation and you accept it in writing.

2. Quotations and pricing

Quotations are valid for the period stated on them and are based on the information and site conditions known at the time. Prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise; VAT is applied at the rate in force under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017.

Where site conditions differ materially from those surveyed, we will issue a revised quotation before continuing.

3. Approvals and permits

Where a quotation includes authority approvals, we prepare and submit the required drawings. Approval timelines are set by the relevant authority and are outside our control; we are not liable for delays caused by an authority's review.

The client is responsible for holding a valid trade licence, tenancy and landlord or owners' association approval for the premises where work is carried out.

4. Artwork and intellectual property

You confirm that you own or are licensed to use any logo or artwork supplied to us, and you indemnify Pro Plus against third-party claims arising from that artwork. Drawings and designs produced by Pro Plus remain our property until the work is paid for in full.

5. Warranty

Fabrication carries a workmanship warranty of at least twelve months from handover. LED components and finishes carry the manufacturer's warranty as stated in the quotation. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, third-party alteration, accident, power irregularities, or force majeure.

6. Payment

Payment terms are stated on each quotation and invoice. Title to fabricated goods passes to the client on receipt of full payment.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any job is limited to the value of that job, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss including loss of profit or business interruption.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website unlawfully, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or to submit content that is unlawful under UAE law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 on Combatting Rumours and Cybercrime.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
